PLEASE NOTE : You will receive a receipt and a confirmation email from nextactorstudio@gmail.com after proper completion and submission of this form.
If you wish to submit a paypal payment, please complete this registration form below and leave the payment section blank. Please mention your name, phone number and email address on the paypal note section, along with the class you are signing up for, so we can send you confirmation for it.

If you do not receive the confirmation email within 10 minutes, please call us at 713 532 2867 as it is mandatory to bring the letter to the class.
We reserve the right to admission. All Admissions are subject to approval.

If your online registration is incomplete, you will receive an email from nextactorstudio@gmail.com to solve the problem.
Incomplete registration will be voided after 4 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder for our emails.

Please note our admission, cancellation and refund policy before submitting.

ADMISSION POLICY :

By submitting the form below, you are giving permission to Next Actor Studio to record your performance in class as part of the session.

If we are full and cannot admit you or if you are not approved to the class you signed up for, your credit card will not be charged.
If you have paid by paypal and we cannot admit you to the class you signed up for, we will refund you the fee.

We reserve the right to admission.
If your application does not match our classes, we will not process your registration and will notify you via email.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY :

Effective Sept 7, 2020, we are no longer offering refunds for cancelling classes as our seats are currently very limited.
Therefore, please sign up only if you are absolutely certain of taking these classes.
We allow credit vouchers and we still allow make up classes and transfer between sessions at no additional cost.
We do not offer refund if you have taken a class and dropped out.

Payments can be made online or via paypal. Please make sure to register first and then use the same email to pay by paypal. We will not be able to reserve your seat without a completed registration form. We do not accept payment at the premise as your registration is processed and approved prior to your seat being confirmed. If your name is not on your teacher's list, you will have to show your confirmation letter in order to join the class. Without one or the other, you will not be allowed to sit in.

REFUND POLICY : Effective Sept 7, 2020, we no longer offer refunds if you have signed up for a class as our space is limited due to covid 19. We also do not offer refund if you have taken a class and dropped out, or if the class is not what you expected, as we do not allow audit or trial classes. We do offer transfer between sessions at no additional cost if you have scheduling conflict or if you miss a class.
We will not process your payment or we will refund a processed payment, if we do not approve you into our classes.
