If you do not receive the confirmation email within 10 minutes, please call us at 713 532 2867 as it is mandatory to bring the letter to the class.
We reserve the right to admission. All Admissions are subject to approval.

If your online registration is incomplete, you will receive an email from nextactorstudio@gmail.com to solve the problem.
Incomplete registration will be voided after 4 hours. Please check your spam or junk folder for our emails.

ADMISSION POLICY :

By submitting the form below, you are giving permission to Next Actor Studio to record your performance in class as part of the session.

If we are full and cannot admit you or if you are not approved to the class you signed up for, your credit card will not be charged.
If you have paid by paypal and we cannot admit you to the class you signed up for, we will refund you the fee.

We reserve the right to admission.
If your application does not match our classes, we will not process your registration and will notify you via email.


CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY : 

Effective Sept 7, 2020, we are no longer offering refunds to students, as our seats are currently very limited due to Covid 19.
Therefore,  we are unable to hold a seat for you, and let go of a deserving student, unless you are absolutely certain of taking these classes.
We allow credit vouchers and we still allow make up classes and transfer between sessions at no additional cost.
We do not offer refund if you have taken a class and dropped out.

In case a student  misses one day in a session, they can take the same course  provided another similar session is in progress that same week, or they will be rotated to the following session to be able to follow the instructions smoothly.  Call 713 532 2867 for details or email us.  We are closed on regular holidays.

Payments can be made online or over the phone or via paypal. Please make sure to register first and then use the same email to pay by paypal.  We will not be able to reserve your seat without a completed registration form. We do not accept payment at the premise as your registration is processed and approved prior to your seat being confirmed. If your name is not on your teacher's list, you will have to show your confirmation letter in order to join the class. Without one or the other, you will not be allowed to sit in.
